If someone implements a project without the approval of an environmental study report in accordance with this Act or in a manner contrary to the approved environmental study report, the relevant body may immediately stop the implementation of such project.
(2) If the implementation of the project is stopped in accordance with sub-section (1), if the proposer suffers any loss due to the stoppage, the proposer shall not be entitled to claim compensation for that.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the proponent of the project whose implementation has been suspended, approves the environmental study report in accordance with this Act or improves the implementation of the project in accordance with the approved environmental study report, the relevant body may release the suspension imposed in accordance with sub-section (1).
